Warranty Policy
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products purchased from our online store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur during normal usage. It is important to note that the warranty applies strictly to defects caused by faulty manufacturing or material flaws and does not cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product, exposing it to extreme conditions (e.g., water, chemicals, or excessive heat), or other forms of misuse. Additionally, unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty. For your warranty to remain valid, always retain your proof of purchase and ensure that any claims are made within the warranty period.
Replacement Policy
If a product arrives defective or develops an issue within the warranty period, we offer a replacement policy under specific conditions. For products that are defective upon arrival, you must contact us immediately, preferably within first days of receiving the item, and provide clear evidence of the defect, including photos or videos. If the defect appears after initial use but within the first 2-3 months, the product may still be eligible for replacement, provided that all original parts, packaging, and accessories are returned along with the product. We will verify the defect to ensure it is a manufacturing fault and not due to improper use. However, we cannot replace products that show signs of physical damage due to mishandling, such as dropping, breaking, or exposure to harmful elements. Similarly, if the product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel, it will not qualify for a replacement.

Please note that we operate under a no refund policy. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once a purchase is made. However, we do allow exchanges for eligible products that meet the conditions outlined in our Replacement Policy.
